Derek Johashen
Higher Court Advocate
Derek has been a solicitor since 1988. He was Chairman of Bedford Duty Scheme and a member of the Regional Duty Solicitor Committee from 2001–2006. Derek is a Higher Court Advocate and is therefore permitted to appear in all criminal courts. He is a member of the Solicitors’ Association of Higher Court Advocates. He spends the majority of his time representing clients in the Crown Court and has overall control of the Crown Court department for the firm.
Colin Hobbs

Colin has an extensive licensing experience and has a no nonsense approach in steering his clients through the maze of licensing red tape. Over 25 years he has experience in dealing with, Full Licence Applications, Licence Variations, Temporary Event Notices, Licensing Reviews and defending local authority Prosecutions under Health & Safety and Food Hygiene legislation.
