State intervention in the family happens in extreme circumstances. Or so we all imagine. There can be nothing more emotional frightening or upsetting than the local authority or the State intervening in a parent and child relationship. As parents your lives revolve around caring for your children. You try to do the best for them.
The State may intervene because it misunderstands why things have happened, or that you are simply trying to do your best. Often what goes on within a family is understood best by the family members. It may be that someone simply needs to explain why your family is the way that it is, so that the Local Authority and the Court understands. We will try to secure a speedy and sensible solution that allows the return to a normal happy family life for you and your children.
