In recent years the Government has restricted the types of work that Legal Aid firms can undertake and how these cases can be conducted.
For those clients who can afford to pay, we provide a high quality, affordable service free from the restrictions imposed by Government. As a privately paying client, you have the ability to determine how your case should be conducted.
Initial Advice
We estimate that an initial appointment should take around one to one and a half hours, to enable full details to be taken from you and detailed advice to be given. No matter how long this initial appointment takes, we will ensure that you are not charged for the first 30 minutes of your consultation. We will give you clear, helpful advice from the start to help you best decide your options.
