European Union Law
If you are a citizen of the European Union (EU) or you are a citizen of non-EU countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, then you may enter and work in the United Kingdom without a specific visa or work permit.
However, certain obligations must be met if an EEA or Swiss national wishes to bring non-EEA family members into the country or if EEA families wish to settle permanently in the UK.
We can help you to achieve your goals. Whether you wish to re-unite your family or settle permanently in the UK, we provide specialist services and personalised representation.

European Economic Area (EEA) Family Permits
You can apply for entry clearance (EEA Family Permit) as family member of an EEA National who is living in the UK and exercising treaty rights.
Residence card as family member of an EEA national
If you are not an EEA national, but you are married to someone who is an EEA national you may be entitled to a Residence card as a result of recent immigration decisions by the European Court of Justice. This may be the case regardless of the fact that you are living illegally or unlawfully in the United Kingdom. If this applies to you it means that you might now be able to apply for residence card for their lawful residence in the United Kingdom.
For residence card to be issued, you have to show that you are a Family Member of an EEA national and that the EEA national is exercising certain treaty rights in the UK for example by working in the UK. You also have to submit a valid passport or identity card from your country of nationality.
We are experts in dealing with application for residence cards as family member of an EEA national. We provide a quality service in all aspects of immigration law.
