If you are buying, selling or re-mortgaging we offer a bespoke high quality conveyancing service.
The domestic conveyancing market is price competitive, with a high number of firms of solicitors and conveyancing companies offering similar services. It is possible for someone to carry out their own conveyancing.
We do not offer “bargain basement”, “two-for-one” or “half-price” offers because we do not sell carpets or sofas. We provide a premium conveyancing service at competitive prices to a wide variety of private clients. We have a reputation built on quality. A significant proportion of our work in this area comes from recommendations and repeat business from satisfied clients, or from the network of close professional contacts we have developed over time.
Before we begin work, we will provide you with estimate of fees as well as discussing the timetable to completion for your transaction. It is our objective to ensure no nasty surprises. This estimate will include all predicted costs, including local searches and other third-party fees. If any additional costs arise during the transaction, we will give you plenty of warning and discuss these with you as necessary.
